Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Representative for a 6-month remote contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by resolving Partner and Borrower inquiries via phone and email
- Post, reconcile, and balance daily financial transactions related to loan payments
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer service experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- Customer service experience is required
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or a call center environment is an asset
- Previous experience in payment processing is considered an asset
- Availability to work between 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month
