A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim).
Key Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to efficiently resolve client needs
- Manage high volumes of tasks while maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Build sustainable client relationships by providing excellent service and support during the onboarding process
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently
