A company is looking for a Member and Recipient Services Coordinator to provide customer service and support for a call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls from members and community stakeholders, providing information about services and processes
- Assist with consumer scheduling and follow-up to ensure access to care and services
- Document call activities and consumer information in the electronic health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Four years of experience in a community or governmental program delivering mental health support services
- Knowledge of local human services agencies and community resources
- Ability to operate computer equipment and utilize software for call center tracking
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
