A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote DFW Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answers telephones, responds to complex customer questions, and forwards calls as necessary
  • Researches customer inquiries and provides prompt responses
  • Records calls, processes requests, and updates account history with inquiry results
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • One or more years of customer service or telephone experience
  • Experience with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience with and proficiency in help desk software
