A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Remote DFW Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers telephones, responds to complex customer questions, and forwards calls as necessary
- Researches customer inquiries and provides prompt responses
- Records calls, processes requests, and updates account history with inquiry results
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- One or more years of customer service or telephone experience
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Experience with and proficiency in help desk software
