A company is looking for a Customer Partnership Consultant to support customer success and engagement with their SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, promoting adoption and satisfaction
- Facilitate customer renewal processes and maintain accurate records in Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in a SaaS or service-based environment
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
- Comfortable presenting information in a professional manner
