A company is looking for a Virtual eCommerce Phone Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
- Assist customers with part fitment, order placement, shipment tracking, and billing inquiries
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate information in a case management system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Availability to work shifts Monday-Saturday and on weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred
