A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding & Pricing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process
- Coordinate with various teams to address customer-specific needs and ensure smooth transitions
- Accurately enter and communicate pricing proposals and quotes on behalf of the Sales Team
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business, customer service, or sales support environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multiple web-based platforms
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work-from-home environment with reliable high-speed internet
