Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Team Travel Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first escalation point for Partners and resolve support inquiries across multiple channels
- Communicate updates, fixes, and solutions to Partners while maintaining knowledge of software resources
- Collaborate with team members and collect data on product issues to improve operational processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College graduate or current college student with 0-2 years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, and SQL is a plus
- Interest in learning and adapting to new opportunities in a collaborative environment
- Flexibility to work later in the day into evenings as needed
