A company is looking for a Creator/Customer Support Specialist (100% Remote Worldwide).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to YouTube creators using the company's features and tools
- Act as the voice of creators by gathering feedback to improve products and services
- Deliver exceptional support and onboarding experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated empathy and care for customer needs
- Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
- Experience in customer support, particularly in content creation technologies
- Passion for YouTube and staying updated on trends
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts between 2:00 AM PST and 10 AM PST, Friday to Tuesday
