A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will focus on driving client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure effective training
- Monitor client engagement and proactively address any issues to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the IT industry
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (10% travel)
