Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will focus on driving client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure effective training
  • Monitor client engagement and proactively address any issues to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (10% travel)
