A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure the platform for new customers and use cases to improve implementation processes
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and guide timelines for follow-up tasks
- Provide omnichannel support and develop documentation on best practices for the platform
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships
- Proficient in SQL and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory compliance is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred
