A company is looking for a COBRA Customer Service Representative to serve as a point of contact for participants, clients, brokers, and co-workers related to COBRA benefit services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client/participant inquiries regarding COBRA administration
- Process COBRA notifications and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
- Assist clients with the online portal and manage communications with new clients and brokers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative role with a focus on customer service
- Prior experience in Human Resources or Employee Benefits, particularly COBRA administration, is preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
