Key Responsibilities
  • Set up origin agent requests and track survey results for corporate moves
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely shipment assignments and monitor van assignments
  • Act as a billing liaison and manage storage shipment calculations and tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the relocation industry
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Basic math skills for calculating figures and amounts
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
