Key Responsibilities
- Set up origin agent requests and track survey results for corporate moves
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely shipment assignments and monitor van assignments
- Act as a billing liaison and manage storage shipment calculations and tracking
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the relocation industry
- 1-3 years of related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Basic math skills for calculating figures and amounts
