Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker-MSW Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and timely patient care while addressing psychosocial needs
• Serve as a liaison for protective services and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in social work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in relevant fields such as mental health or child and family services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
