  • Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, and SLAs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator with customer support platforms
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
