Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other related tools
- Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, and SLAs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with customer support platforms
- Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
