Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environments to understand labor challenges
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, configuring Workforce Management solutions, or Customer Success
- Retail and/or Workforce Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to align customer expectations with project timelines
- Polished communication skills and strong organizational abilities
