Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Center Technician to provide first-level support for IM&T issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for all issues reported to the Solution Center
- Support the installation of hardware, software, and mobile device management
- Document and manage tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring service levels are met
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical support
- Understanding of multiple operating systems including Windows, OSX, IOS, and Android
- Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, and office equipment troubleshooting
- Experience with account management in MS Active Directory
- Associates degree or certification in Information Technology or relevant work experience
