Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to align with customer objectives
- Drive account planning and identify growth opportunities through collaboration with internal teams
- Lead delivery execution and ensure customer success through effective coordination and resource management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must pass a background check and verify U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous
