Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to align with customer objectives
  • Drive account planning and identify growth opportunities through collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead delivery execution and ensure customer success through effective coordination and resource management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Must pass a background check and verify U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions
  • Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous
