Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their initial onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout their first 90 days of onboarding
- Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on using the platform effectively
- Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure long-term success
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM/Customer Success tools (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset
