A company is looking for a Customer Service (Broker Experience Associate).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to broker inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Process refunds or credits and manage seller payments
- Mitigate issues between buyers and sellers and assist with venue mapping corrections
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Tennessee, Texas, or Oregon
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service, sales, or client relations experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Live event ticketing software knowledge preferred
- Proficient using Zendesk (or similar software) and G-Suite Excel
