Job Summary

A company is looking for a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from members regarding life insurance and annuity policies, payments, and claims
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards through effective communication
• Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and collaborate with team members to address service issues

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in an office environment
• 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
• 6 months of data processing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior knowledge of ika Systems and/or NASCO preferred
