Key Responsibilities
  • Assist 50-70 individuals daily with healthcare-related inquiries, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Navigate various web-based systems while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Participate in a comprehensive 5-week orientation and ongoing training


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in insurance operations
  • Proficient in using multiple web-based systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in healthcare/insurance or a background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
