Key Responsibilities
- Assist 50-70 individuals daily with healthcare-related inquiries, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Navigate various web-based systems while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Participate in a comprehensive 5-week orientation and ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient in using multiple web-based systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare/insurance or a background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
