Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Colleague - Non Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants with compassion and professionalism via phone, email, and instant message
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while providing accurate information
- Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes, participating in team meetings and training as required
Qualifications
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience working in a customer service-related field
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to posted work schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows
- Ability to type 30 words a minute
