A company is looking for Licensed Insurance Customer Support Agents - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs
- Address billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, claims, and sales on applicable calls
- Provide excellent customer service while promoting insurance products
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active health and life insurance license
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Life insurance sales experience is necessary
- Experience with inbound call handling is required
