A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive customer experiences and troubleshoot basic technical problems through various communication methods
- Build relationships and manage service request tickets for all customer communications
- Develop knowledge of Schlage consumer products and assist in resolving customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 12 months of call center experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a high volume of calls
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PC-based software applications
