Job Summary
A company is looking for an IMO Case Manager to provide service support to financial advisors and IMOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for operational service requests from internal and external partners
- Establish strong working relationships with financial advisors and IMO partners
- Provide operational support regarding contract structuring, product features, and service guidelines
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or 3-5 years of equivalent experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Annuity Products (Fixed, Fixed Index, and Variable)
- Background in Operations/Financial Services experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent customer focus and ability to build constructive relationships with advisors
