Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist who provides white glove support and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, addressing complex customer inquiries
- Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Act as the primary support liaison for residential customers, making service recommendations and resolving issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quiet workplace
