Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding processes, documenting and accelerating migration plans
- Monitor customer health, success metrics, and track time to value for customers
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer feedback on product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience with CSM tools like SalesForce and ticketing tools such as Jira
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud computing technologies
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Enthusiasm for working in an early-stage company environment
