Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Lead, Player Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design programs and policies to encourage positive player behavior and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
- Investigate violations of Terms of Service and conduct routine audits of enforcement implementations
- Serve as an escalation point for sensitive issues and lead training for direct reports
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Trust and Safety role with policy design and compliance exposure
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports and performance management
- Knowledge of relevant regulations related to Trust and Safety compliance and data privacy
- Experience responding to government investigative agencies regarding reported crimes
