Key Responsibilities
- Investigates escalated issues and gathers additional information from customers
- Updates tracking systems and conveys customer feedback to the product development team
- Documents, monitors, and follows up on client issues, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong consideration for experience with Chameleon software
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or an Associate's Degree in a Technical Field
- Certification in a relevant focus area
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
