A company is looking for a Head of Student Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing collections team across multiple time zones
• Design and implement collections strategies that optimize recovery rates while preserving student relationships
• Oversee end-to-end collections processes and manage relationships with external collection agencies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of collections or debt recovery management experience
• Minimum 3+ years of team leadership experience in collections or customer-facing teams
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving recovery rates
• Experience with student financing products, including installment plans
• Undergraduate degree in business, management, law, or a relevant field
