A company is looking for a Help Desk System Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support through ServiceNow tickets, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot common software application issues and assist users with basic updates
- Log incidents in ServiceNow and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
Required Qualifications
- Basic technical knowledge and strong customer service skills
- 3 years of relevant experience in email and telephone technical support
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder status required
- Ability to differentiate between technical issues and non-technical requests
