Key Responsibilities

• Assist newly approved merchants with step-by-step installation of payment processing equipment
• Verify proper installation and programming of payment processing systems for initial transactions
• Engage with senior representatives to troubleshoot technical issues and provide training

Required Qualifications

• Preferred experience in the payment industry or relevant customer support
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn processing equipment and software
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
