- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, collections, pay agreements, and account maintenance
- Update and maintain customer account records accurately
- Direct calls to appropriate work groups and adhere to company guidelines and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Basic math skills
- 6 months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
- Able to receive direction and take appropriate action
