Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Specialty Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met
• Conduct hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of staff while providing consistent feedback and development
• Serve as the primary contact for escalations, resolving customer complaints and coordinating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting
• CPhT certification recommended
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
