Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of staff while providing consistent feedback and development
- Serve as the primary contact for escalations, resolving customer complaints and coordinating with other departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- CPhT certification recommended
- Participation in and support of compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
