Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers for pharmacy programs
- Respond to escalated pharmacy inquiries and document communications in the internal database
- Identify areas for operational improvements and serve as a resource for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- 1+ years of experience with medical terminology
- 6+ months of experience in a medical setting
