Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative telephonic and web-based assistance to Child Care Providers, Agents, and Enrollment Specialists
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims in a professional manner
- Document information and maintain customer relations while adhering to quality assurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to use Spanish up to 35% of the time
- Knowledge of health benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes preferred
- Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Moderate computing skills, including proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
