A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Associate (Claims, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of pending claims to ensure timely payments
- Process claim decisions and approve or deny claims within authorization limits
- Gather necessary information and correspond with various parties throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred
- 2 to 5 years of claims management experience preferred
- Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information
- Strong analytical skills to make appropriate claim decisions
- Proven self-motivation and reliability throughout training
