Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Associate (Claims, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Process claim decisions and approve or deny claims within authorization limits
  • Gather necessary information and correspond with various parties throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of claims management experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information
  • Strong analytical skills to make appropriate claim decisions
  • Proven self-motivation and reliability throughout training
