Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely submission of clean claims and resolve issues within 24 hours of receipt
- Document and report claims submission issues and provide feedback to management
- Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and complete necessary reports with minimal errors
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: Two years in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
- Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance verification portals is preferred
- Extensive understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance policies
- Experience in processing from Work Queues is highly preferred
