Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Member Service Representative to provide customer service and support to Medicare Advantage plan members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Document and update member records in the call center database, ensuring accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex member issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • AHIP Certified or able to pass certification within 90 days of training completion
