Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Document and update member records in the call center database, ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex member issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- AHIP Certified or able to pass certification within 90 days of training completion
