Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service staff and lead by example to achieve business goals
- Assist in planning and implementing call center strategy, including hiring and onboarding new employees
- Coach and develop Customer Service Associates while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment required
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare, insurance, or account management setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
