Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer service staff and lead by example to achieve business goals
  • Assist in planning and implementing call center strategy, including hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Coach and develop Customer Service Associates while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment required
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare, insurance, or account management setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
