Key Responsibilities

  • Documents member or provider information and communications for quality tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
