Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents member or provider information and communications for quality tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
