A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Fallout Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements process improvements to maximize resources and enhance operational efficiencies
- Provides routine reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators and other operational metrics
- Assists leadership in planning and executing cost-saving initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Technical acumen in data tools such as SQL and Tableau is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge and use of advanced Excel functions is required
- Experience in process improvement and policy creation
