Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information about Health Solution Group products
  • Record and verify transactions, processing requests or forwarding them as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement and follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability to new information and processes
  • Bi-lingual opportunities available
