Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Contact care providers to assist customers in obtaining necessary information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
- 1+ years of health care experience
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
