Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Advisor in their Travel Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve Members/non-Members by selling and servicing domestic and international travel-related products through various communication channels
- Book and counsel on all travel needs, including FIT trips, while complying with regulations and company policies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during interactions and maintain a high level of expertise in travel platforms
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
- 2-3 years of leisure travel industry experience with knowledge of automated airline reservation systems
- Proficiency in PC usage and GDS/travel platforms
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment and meet performance requirements
