Technical Support Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 emergency roadside cases, making autonomous decisions on technician dispatch
• Collaborate with service providers and provide analysis to improve vehicle breakdown processes
• Mentor Tier 1 call center team and provide technical training and updates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred, such as ASE certifications
• Minimum of four years in transportation maintenance required
• Two years of technical diagnostic and customer resolution experience related to major vehicles required
• Five years in a shop environment preferred
