Key Responsibilities

- Act as the after-hours operations lead, monitoring safety and escalating emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume customer support
- Confidence using music studio gear, including DJ decks and production setups
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom/Freshchat, and Slack
- Emotional intelligence and reliability in a fast-paced environment
