Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate information to resolve issues
  • Navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
