A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate information to resolve issues
- Navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
