Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Account Specialist to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone and email support to COBRA clients and their brokers or carriers
- Manage COBRA rate renewals, open enrollment tasks, and custom reporting
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to anticipate and meet unique client needs
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in COBRA administration, customer service, or phone support
- Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with medical, FSA, HSA, and HIPAA concepts
- Proven ability to meet SLAs or performance targets in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based support/phone systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
